MOJDLOVÁ, Tereza
The bachelor thesis focuses on the legislation involved in the child's institutional upbringing (ÚV) from the time when the Authority of The Child's Social and Legal Protection (OSPOD) takes over. Special attention is paid to the question of which legislative departments are associated with the child integrally and most frequently. Attention is also paid to the client's interaction with the outside world (layman community). The work is focused on clients from children's homes, as an example of institutional care. The first goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the current legislation concerning the performance of institutional care and facilities for the performance of institutional care, ascertaining the potential contradiction between the letter of law and the reality of life in facilities of the Central Committee.
